This fried ice cream machine has two bottom, one is start bottom, another one is defrost bottom.
When press start bottom, machine begin work, after adding material, machine can fry directly.
During frying, in case of freezing to machine too hard, need to stir material.
When all material is freezing well, flatten them in thin, wait a little time, then shovel down it to make ice cream roll.
